Documentation Coverage

Unless a product page states a different warranty term, eligible materials include a 30-day limited warranty from the delivery date. This limited warranty covers verified functional issues that prevent the material from operating as described in the product listing.

Documentation coverage is available only to the original purchaser and applies to the specific item purchased from ResearchChemicalEurope.

What May Be Covered

  • A functional defect that appears during normal use within the warranty period.
  • A product that materially does not match the documentation or records stated on the product page.
  • A missing required accessory when the listing stated that accessory was included.
  • A confirmed failure that was not caused by physical damage, liquid exposure, software modification, misuse, or unauthorized repair.

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage after delivery, misuse, tampering, missing parts, or issues already described in the listing.
  • Normal variation, storage changes, or usage differences unless the listing provides a specific guarantee.
  • Issues caused by unsupported modifications, misuse, third-party changes, or improper storage/handling.
  • Missing documentation caused after delivery, customer data errors, account issues, or compatibility decisions made after purchase.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized handling, tampering, improper storage, incompatible accessories, or power sources.

How to Request Support Team

Email info@researchchemicaleurope.eu with your order number, product name, serial/IMEI if applicable, a clear description of the issue, and photos or video that show the problem. Our team may provide troubleshooting steps before authorizing a return inspection.

Documentation Resolution Options

After review and inspection, ResearchChemicalEurope may repair the item, replace it with a comparable available item, issue a store credit, or provide a refund according to the product documentation and applicable policy. The available resolution depends on inventory, inspection results, and the nature of the issue.
